Randall Kinnison, Founder and CEO
Dr. Randall Kinnison, aka Doctor Peace, founded Genesis Mediation in 2005. His mission was simple – create peace. Randy brings over 40 years of experience in mediation, counseling, consulting and leadership. With over 10,000 hours of mediation, he understands conflict.
Doug Alford
Doug Alford is a certified business mediator, bringing over 30 years of experience managing and owning businesses, as well as a strong record of creating peace as a mediator. In addition, Doug has an educational background in behavioral science that allows for dealing with individual differences as well as organizational conflict. Doug received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and his MBA from Portland State University.
